All of our consultants have an extensive amount of experience in the NHS, primarily based at Broomfield Hospital which is now part of Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust. We are the largest provider of Anaesthetic services to Springfield Hospital which is part of Ramsay Group.

What does a Consultant Anaesthetist do?
We are responsible for your safety and well-being before, during and after your procedure.
We will ensure that you are fit for your upcoming procedure and talk to you about the type of anaesthetic you will receive.
If there are choices of the type of anaesthetic available we will help you to select the most appropriate one for you.
